🔍 Project Overview

Alienware was preparing to launch the AW2524H, a cutting-edge 25" gaming monitor delivering the world’s first 500Hz refresh rate on a Fast IPS panel. While the performance specs were already jaw-dropping, the creative challenge was to build a campaign that captured not just what this monitor could do—but why speed matters in the first place.

Our task: Create a product walkthrough video and supporting digital assets that fused storytelling with technical prowess.

🎥 Concept: Fast Matters

Rather than taking a traditional spec-by-spec walkthrough route, we leaned into a primal, competitive metaphor: Speed isn’t just performance—it’s survival.

The video script explored how speed plays a role in every level of competition, from nature to esports. Through quick cuts, abstract visuals, and visceral VO, we positioned the AW2524H as the natural apex predator of the gaming monitor world—designed for elite players who move faster, see sharper, and react quicker than the rest.

✍️ My Contributions

  • Narrative Development & Scriptwriting

    • Created the core story arc of “speed as instinct,” tying it to the 500Hz refresh rate and other performance features like 0.5ms response time and NVIDIA Reflex

    • Wrote both the hero and cutdown versions of the video, ensuring the tone remained sleek, intense, and aspirational

  • PDP Copywriting

    • Authored the long-form product description using dynamic headlines, simplified tech language, and themed callouts aligned to the campaign’s “Fast Matters” tone

    • Collaborated with UX and product teams to refine message hierarchy and balance clarity with style

  • Site Banners

    • Wrote desktop and mobile site banners for dell.com and Alienware.com, adapting campaign headlines and product highlights for tight character limits without losing energy
