🔍 Project Overview

Small business customers had traditionally purchased Dell products via phone or email with their assigned sales reps. With the launch of Dell Small Business Premier, a digital platform designed to streamline B2B procurement, Dell needed a clear and engaging way to show how Premier worked—and why it mattered.

I was brought on to craft a scripted product walkthrough video that would demystify the platform for new users, showcasing real-time functionality in a calm, easy-to-follow format. The goal: inspire confidence, reduce support friction, and encourage sign-ups or logins via a call to action.

🎥 The Concept

The video followed a step-by-step tour of Premier’s dashboard and features, using screen capture footage and a relaxed, confident voiceover supported by light ambient music. My script focused on clarity and user empowerment, helping customers see exactly how the platform could:

  • Enable 24/7 self-service purchasing

  • Offer exclusive discounted pricing

  • Simplify order tracking, reporting, and user management

  • Maintain access to their dedicated sales rep

The result was a guided digital experience that blended product utility with emotional ease—reassuring small business buyers they could confidently shift from manual to digital procurement without losing the personal touch.
