Deliverables:

  • Call-to-action messaging
Milestone: Quick-turnaround employer brand project that built on the success of a previous hybrid work campaign

🔍 Project Overview

Fresh off a similar employer branding campaign focused on hybrid work culture, we were tapped to create a new pair of international intern spotlight videos—with only days to turn around storylines, scripts, and creative direction.

The idea: produce two Instagram-native videos that give an authentic “day in the life” look at Dell interns—one in Brazil, one in Panama—while driving applications through Dell’s early careers program.

The approach had to be light, personal, and aspirational, while also staying brand-aligned and local-language accurate.

🎥 The Concept

Each video follows a Dell intern through a snapshot of their daily life—highlighting work, culture, routine, and human moments that make their experience special.

🎒 Edison (Brazil) – A relaxed, upbeat intern who walks us through his routine, from morning coffee to team meetings and campus moments, closing with his advice for future interns: “Just be yourself.”
🎥 Edison’s final video: Watch here

📍 Paola (Panama City) – A driven and reflective intern who shares how working at Dell allows her to be part of a diverse, supportive team while growing personally and professionally. She highlights her hybrid work routine, love for collaboration, and the importance of representation in the tech space. The video ends with a motivational push to future interns: “There’s a place here for you, too.”
🎥 Paola’s final video: Watch here

Both scripts were delivered in each intern’s native language—Portuguese and Spanish—written for authenticity and clarity, then paired with kinetic edits and ambient music to fit the Reels format.

✍️ My Contributions

  • Wrote full scripts for both videos based on interview notes and on-location production needs

  • Crafted voiceover structures that would feel natural when spoken by the interns themselves, not corporate or staged

  • Translated strategic goals (inspiration + application) into short, warm, motivational CTAs

  • Adapted content for native languages with input from Dell LATAM team for accuracy and tone

  • Maintained creative continuity with the previous hybrid work video style while tailoring this content to intern life

🧠 Tone & Message

  • Voice: Friendly, casual, confident

  • Pacing: Quick, modern, Reel-native (45 seconds max)

  • Key Takeaway: Interning at Dell is more than work—it’s growth, connection, and possibility

  • CTA: Encouraged viewers to apply for Dell’s global internship programs

📈 Outcome

  • Two human-centered videos that showcased Dell’s global reach and inclusive culture

  • Delivered on tight turnaround with cross-functional approval (Brand, Regional, and Talent teams)

  • Became part of a growing “real stories, real people” content series for Dell’s employer brand channels
